Brief and measurement
Every project starts with your brief: what the structure is for, the clear width and length you need, the eaves and ridge height, and any doors, windows or partitions. For a permanent hall we also take the ground conditions and the expected wind and snow loads into account.
If the structure goes on an existing site, a survey confirms the footprint, access for delivery vehicles and the anchoring method before anything is cut.
Aluminium construction
The frame is built from extruded aluminium profiles sized to the span. Wider clear spans and taller structures use heavier sections; the whole system is designed to be bolted together on site without heavy plant.
Aluminium keeps the frame light for transport and rigging, and it does not rust, so the same construction can be dismantled, stored and re-erected many times.
PVC membrane selection
The cladding is coated PVC, and the specification is where a lot of the decision-making happens. We match it to your use case across several variables.
- Weight: lighter fabric for short-term event tents, heavier membrane for all-year halls
- Fire-retardant certificate: standard on our membranes, required for many public and storage uses
- Colour: white, translucent or solid colours for the roof and walls
- Print: full-colour branding, logos or wayfinding across roof and walls
- Wall options: solid, glazed with windows, roller shutters or gable doors
Who we build for
The same production line serves very different customers, from a marquee that has to look immaculate to a hall that has to shrug off a forklift.
- Event companies needing marquees and pagodas that present well
- Warehouses and manufacturers needing extra covered floor area fast
- Construction firms needing site cover and material storage
- Operators who want a semi-permanent structure instead of a masonry build
Delivery and assembly
When the structure is finished we transport it to your site and assemble it. The frame goes up first, then the membrane is tensioned over it and the structure is anchored to the ground.
For events we can stay on site for the duration and return to dismantle. For permanent halls we hand over a structure that is ready to use and, if needed, brief your team on seasonal checks.
Frequently asked questions
How long does production take?+
Lead time depends on the size and specification of the structure and current workload. We confirm a realistic date in the quote once we have your dimensions and finish.
Can you match a specific colour or print our branding?+
Yes. Roof and walls can be produced in solid colours or printed in full colour with your logo and graphics.
Can the structure be extended later?+
Modular halls are designed to be extended in bay increments, so you can add length as your operation grows without replacing the whole building.
